Scleral Lenses for patients with conjunctival blebs

I am now able to make scleral lenses that have notches in them to accommodate patients who may have a scleral obstruction.  The first photo shows a scleral lens with a 6mm notch.  The second photo shows this lens on a patient’s eye who has a conjunctival bleb after glaucoma surgery.  Without this notch, this patient would not be able to benefit from scleral lenses.
